Cancellation policy

Subscriptions & Cancellation

In an effort to increase sustainability and reduce waste, subscription orders will come with a reusable mini spatula and/or pump based on product requirements with your first order. Thereafter, all future subscription orders will not contain a mini spatula and/or reusable pump.

Replacement accessories can be ordered as needed in the Accessories section.

Order cancellation is available for any order that has not been fulfilled. Orders typically fulfill within 1-12 hours, therefore, timing with cancellation requests is crucial.
