Product refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please initiate your refund request by emailing Customer Support at hello@worthyofskincare.com.
What items are refundable?
Our complete full-size collection is refundable. Exceptions to this policy are samples, gift cards and discovery sets. Eligible items must have been purchased directly from worthyofskincare.com within the last 30 days. If your item falls outside of these requirements, please email us hello@worthyofskincare.com for further guidance.
What items are non-refundable?
Any orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return or credit. Samples, gift cards and discovery sets are not eligible for return or credit.
Shipping fees associated with your original order are not eligible for refund.
Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?
If your package hasn't left our facility and you need to cancel, please email us right away at hello@worthyofskincare.com.
